Strengthening Water Security

We believe that water should be recognised as both a strategic national resource and a common good. Poland is approaching the threshold of water stress, with one of the lowest levels of water availability per capita in Europe. At the same time, climate change is increasing the frequency of droughts and extreme weather events.

We work to:

  • Increase natural and landscape-based water retention;

  • Protect rivers, wetlands, and groundwater resources;

  • Promote more sustainable water management in urban areas and agriculture;

  • Integrate water security into public policies and spatial planning.

Advancing a Just and Secure Energy Transition

The energy transition is essential for both economic stability and geopolitical security. Poland remains heavily dependent on fossil fuels, making the country vulnerable to price volatility and external shocks.

We strive for a transition that:

  • Reduces the cost of living and doing business;

  • Strengthens the energy independence of the country and its regions;

  • Accelerates the development of renewable energy and energy efficiency;

  • Is socially just and protects those most vulnerable to energy poverty.

Addressing the Demographic Crisis

Demographic change affects every aspect of national life – from the labour market and healthcare system to local development and public services. Population decline and population ageing represent some of the most significant challenges facing Poland in the coming decades.

We work on solutions that:

  • Strengthen local communities and help counter regional depopulation;
